We use ONCARE to record our visits. This is a great way to ensure that there is an accurate description of the visit and family members (if appropriate) can check the records at any time as well!
Providing You with Support and Care at Home and in the Community.
Our organisation is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide support and care to adults within the local community. Our main office is in Witney, Oxfordshire. We can offer care and support to people in their own homes, family homes, in the community and can also arrange and provide support for day trips and holidays. Finally, we organise some activity groups that run through the week and also provide a learning project via ASDAN.
We aim to offer a person centred service to those that we provide support and care to, we will build our service with you and for you.
In 2015 we were announced as finalists in the National Business Awards for our work in the community and in 2018 we were regional winners then National winners in 2019 in the Great British Care Awards for putting people first!
